Dominican Students, Faculty and Staff Food Drive

Monday, November 19, 2018

More than 50 Dominican University students, faculty and staff "adopted" 75 families during the Community Based Learning program's annual Thankgiving food drive. Dominican donations will feed over 287 people over the Thanksgiving holiday.

Festively decorated food baskets (and boxes and bins) were collected on November 19 and distributed by Community Based Learning partner St. Joseph's Services to three centers throughout the city.

This annual program has become a tradition on campus, with departments and offices combining efforts to feed those in need. So proudly Dominican, indeed!
