Dominican freshman authors cookbook

 

Freshman Bob Pickert, Jr. is gaining acclaim for his culinary prowess, recently self-publishing a cookbook titled "The Adolescent Chef" and appearing on Good Morning Chicago.

Pickert has been cooking as a hobby for the past 10 years or so but was inspired to write his recent cookbook after visiting Italy. The book includes a number of Mediterranean-inspired recipes. Pickert has gained experience in the food business at Tria Sorelle, the catering division of Fabulous Freddie's.
