Hannah Jennings teaches graphic design courses at Dominican University. As the owner of Hannah Jennings Design, she has worked with clients such as the Anthropology Museum of Northern Illinois University, Brookfield Conservation Commission, Frank Lloyd Wright Conservation Trust, Left Coast Press and USDA Forest Service.
From 1982 to 2005, she was the manager of design for the Chicago Zoological Society/Brookfield Zoo. She also served as the president of the Society for Environmental Graphic Design in 1998.
Jennings has experience in designing signage, books, websites and logos. She developed branding standards for Brookfield Zoo’s graphics programs. She has also authored and illustrated interpretive signage for Brookfield Zoo, Brevard Zoo and the Oak Savannah.
